Joel Tulloch is the Founder and CEO of Stoic IT, bringing over 20 years of strategic IT experience from working inside healthcare, financial, and retail organisations across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. As an AWS Certified Solutions Architect, he specialises in modernising healthcare SMEs through cloud architecture, digital transformation, and cybersecurity solutions.

His unique perspective comes from having worked on both sides of the IT relationship, as a technical director for multinational providers, an outsourced CIO, and Head of IT, giving him a deep understanding of what healthcare organisations actually need and enabling him to deliver pragmatic, vendor-agnostic solutions focused on what works for each client.
